TPV Series | Weather-Resistant Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV)
Product Overview
The TPV Series consists of high-performance Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV) manufactured through dynamic vulcanization technology, where crosslinked rubber particles are finely dispersed within a thermoplastic polyolefin matrix. This unique structure combines the elasticity of conventional rubber with the processing advantages of thermoplastics.
Designed for demanding environments, the TPV Series offers outstanding weather resistance, heat aging resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical resistance, ensuring long-term durability under harsh outdoor and high-temperature conditions.
Compared with conventional SEBS-based TPEs, the TPV Series provides significantly improved heat resistance, weatherability, and compression set performance, making it an ideal material solution for automotive components, building sealing systems, household appliances, and industrial equipment.
